I Frumentini Lazzaroni are prepared following the late-19th century recipe with refined ingredients such as butter, eggs, milk, honey and oat flour, a grain with an intense rustic taste. Perfect to be dipped in milk.

INGREDIENTS

wheat flour, sugar, eggs* 9%, sunflower oil, oat flake flour 6%, fresh pasteurised milk 3%, honey 2.7%, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates, potassium tartrates), salt.

May contain nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard.
