For several years, the Lazzaroni quality level has been guaranteed by strict tests based on the Food Safety requirements of the IFS and BRC International Standards.
Furthermore, the company has obtained the certification issued by the Italian Celiac Association for the production of gluten-free biscuits with the gluten-free logo and the certification issued by CCPB Srl for the production of organic products. Finally, thanks to the certification issued by UTZ, Lazzaroni contributes to the sustainable cultivation of cocoa.
